You are a tech-savvy professional with a knack for delivering captivating demos and thrive in the world of enterprise software, especially in contact center or automation technologies. You have experience working closely with sales teams, participating in discovery calls, and conducting technical deep dives. Your ability to create and deliver powerful presentations and customized product demonstrations sets you apart. You understand customer requirements and can analyze their pain points to provide tailored solutions that highlight the benefits and value proposition of NiCE Cognigy.
You are ambitious and driven, always looking to challenge your limits and set the highest standards for yourself. You enjoy collaborating with relevant stakeholders to communicate customer requirements effectively and ensure that solutions meet their specific needs. Your experience in presales environments has equipped you with the skills to support strategic opportunities across regions, particularly in Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the sales team to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals within the sales cycle. You will participate in discovery calls and technical deep dives, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and pain points. Your responsibilities will include creating and delivering powerful presentations and customized product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of NiCE Cognigy. You will design and recommend solutions that meet customer-specific needs and business requirements, ensuring a great experience for our customers.
You will also collaborate with relevant stakeholders to communicate customer requirements and further enhance the solutions provided. Your role will be pivotal in supporting strategic opportunities across the Western region, with a primary focus on Spain, while also engaging with clients in Italy and Portugal. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide the best possible solutions to our customers.
