NICE is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their Nordics Sales team. You'll be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and managing the sales cycle. This role requires strong consultative skills and a focus on digital transformation.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new enterprise clients across various industries. Your experience allows you to understand customer needs and objectives, enabling you to effectively communicate how our solutions can meet their requirements. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to drive sales success. You are comfortable engaging with senior executives and can take a consultative approach to sales, focusing on value and ROI.

You possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to build and maintain an effective sales pipeline through self-directed prospecting. You are adept at developing territory plans that align with business goals and are skilled in running full sales cycles from account planning to contract negotiation and closing. Your ability to coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs showcases your attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality proposals.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector or with digital transformation initiatives is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise companies within the Nordic region, leveraging your sales expertise to build relationships and drive business growth. You will collaborate with potential customers to understand their needs and objectives, mapping out how our solutions can assist them in achieving their goals. Your consultative approach will involve developing effective business cases and ROI models to facilitate meaningful conversations about digital transformation.

You will take ownership of the sales cycle, from targeted prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals. This includes preparing and presenting proposals, conducting discovery sessions, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the process. You will also work closely with various internal teams, including Business Development Representatives, Presales support, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.

Representing NICE at trade fairs and industry events will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to showcase our solutions and network with potential clients. Your ability to maintain a strong pipeline and meet business goals will be critical to your success in this role.
