Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in developing strategic partnerships, particularly in the realm of Enterprise SaaS or AI-driven solutions. You have a proven track record of enabling large partner teams and activating go-to-market motions with Tier-1 partners targeting Fortune 500 enterprises. Your experience includes working closely with sales and technical teams to ensure successful collaboration and execution of partnership strategies.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders alike. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively influence decision-makers. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead strategic go-to-market partnerships with system integrators, value-added resellers, consulting firms, and cloud platforms. You will be responsible for building and scaling a partner-led growth channel, ensuring that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.

You will actively engage with partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with the support required to drive sales and technical enablement. Your role will involve developing training programs and resources to empower partner teams, ensuring they are well-versed in Ema's AI technology and its applications.

You will track and analyze partnership performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Your ability to foster collaboration and communication between Ema and its partners will be key to achieving mutual success.
