Who you are

You have 5 to 7 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in project management leading multiple concurrent projects in customer-facing environments. Your proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid/iterative approaches sets you apart. You thrive in fast-moving environments and can adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including leadership. Your experience in identifying and mitigating risks, as well as managing escalations professionally, is essential for this role. You are passionate about continuous improvement and are always looking for process gaps and opportunities to enhance project delivery.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations. You will build and maintain project plans, schedules, and required documentation, tracking action items and driving accountability across teams. Your ability to guide teams through launch readiness, deployment, and project closeout will be crucial for success.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards. Your role will involve facilitating communication among stakeholders and ensuring that all project milestones are met. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
