Who you are

You have 5+ years of project management experience leading multiple concurrent projects in customer-facing environments — you've successfully managed end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Your IT experience spans 8 to 11 years, giving you a solid foundation in overseeing complex projects while ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations.

You excel in building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and required documentation — your strong communication skills enable you to facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including leadership. You are adept at tracking action items and driving accountability across teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and focused on project goals.

Your ability to identify and mitigate risks is crucial in managing escalations professionally — you guide teams through launch readiness, deployment, and project closeout, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed flawlessly. You thrive in fast-moving environments and can adapt to shifting priorities, always keeping the end goal in sight.

Desirable

Experience with AI/GenAI projects is a plus, as it aligns with the organization's strategic goals. Familiarity with continuous improvement processes will help you identify process gaps and opportunities for enhancement.

What you'll do
