You have 5+ years of project management experience leading multiple concurrent projects in customer-facing environments — you've successfully managed end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, ensuring alignment with scope and timelines. Your IT experience spans 8 to 11 years, giving you a solid foundation in overseeing complex projects and initiatives that support strategic goals.

You possess a proven ability to facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including leadership — you understand the importance of tracking action items and driving accountability across teams. Your expertise in identifying and mitigating risks allows you to manage escalations professionally, ensuring that projects stay on track even in fast-moving environments.

You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic settings, always looking for opportunities to support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps. Your experience with AI and GenAI technologies positions you well to lead projects that incorporate cutting-edge solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery for multiple projects, ensuring that they align with customer expectations and organizational goals. You will build and maintain project plans, schedules, and required documentation, facilitating communication across cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
