Who you are

You have 5 to 7 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in project management leading multiple concurrent projects in customer-facing environments. Your proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches sets you apart. You thrive in fast-moving environments and can adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on project goals.

Your strong communication skills enable you to facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including leadership. You are adept at tracking action items and driving accountability across teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You have a keen eye for identifying and mitigating risks, managing escalations professionally to keep projects on track.

Desirable

Experience with AI/GenAI and software projects is a plus, as is familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies. You are always looking for process gaps and opportunities to enhance project execution and team performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations. You will build and maintain project plans, schedules, and required documentation, facilitating smooth project execution from initiation to closeout. Your responsibilities will include guiding teams through launch readiness and deployment, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards.

You will support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and opportunities for enhancement. Your ability to adapt to shifting priorities will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of project management in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
