Desirable

Experience with cloud-based voice solutions or familiarity with telephony systems would be advantageous. Knowledge of network security practices related to voice communications is also a plus.

What you'll do

As the Lead Voice Engineer, you will oversee the voice infrastructure projects, acting as the Subject Matter Expert in voice and telephony solutions. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to design and implement enterprise-wide voice solutions that meet customer needs. Your role will involve troubleshooting and maintaining the voice network to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will be responsible for provisioning and managing customer traffic and services, ensuring they are delivered efficiently. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance the scalability of the voice network. You will also mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in voice engineering.
