You have extensive experience in voice engineering, particularly with VoIP systems, and possess a strong understanding of data networking principles. You are comfortable working independently and thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. You have a proven track record of leading infrastructure projects and acting as a subject matter expert in voice technologies. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations, sets you apart as a leader in your field.

Desirable

Experience with enterprise-wide voice solutions and familiarity with customer provisioning processes would be advantageous. A background in project management or team leadership is also a plus, as you will be expected to guide and mentor junior engineers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead voice infrastructure projects, ensuring that the voice and VoIP systems are functioning reliably and efficiently.
