You have a strong background in enterprise sales, ideally with experience selling software solutions to hardware organizations. You understand the complexities of large accounts and can navigate the intricacies of deal ownership with confidence. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate how technology integrates into existing systems and meets critical testing outcomes.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the challenge of shaping early sales teams and cultures. Your ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams is essential, as you will be collaborating closely to ensure customer success and satisfaction. You are driven by results and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will maintain deal ownership of large enterprise and strategic accounts, ensuring that Nominal's vision of providing continuous testing to the industrial base is realized. You will be responsible for selling our modern software platform, which powers advanced hardware systems, to top-tier commercial and defense customers. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our technology can help them achieve their critical testing outcomes.

You will also play a key role in shaping the early sales team and its culture, fostering an environment of collaboration and success. Your insights will help refine our sales strategies and improve our approach to customer engagement. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Nominal's solutions in the market.
