You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are a motivated and passionate individual who thrives on identifying growth opportunities for clients before they recognize their own needs. Your proactive approach and curiosity make you a valuable member of the sales team, as you work to expand Smartsheet's footprint across various departments and lines of business.
You possess strong relationship-building skills, allowing you to leverage existing connections to drive new business opportunities. Your ability to analyze and target high-value needs within enterprise accounts demonstrates your strategic thinking and understanding of complex organizational structures. You are comfortable navigating multiple groups within large enterprises, ensuring that you can effectively execute a solution-based sales process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed software and services sales quotas within your designated accounts. You will execute a solution-based sales process that encompasses various groups within enterprise accounts, focusing on those with 5,000+ employees. Your responsibilities will include developing and prospecting new business opportunities within existing customers by analyzing their needs and proactively targeting high-value solutions.
You will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales Organization, reporting to a Regional Director. Your role will involve identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that you understand their challenges and can provide tailored solutions that drive value. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
