Who you are
You are a proven front-line sales leader with a track record of thriving in high-stakes, complex deal environments. With experience in developing elite sellers, you understand how to drive predictable, outsized revenue. You have a deep understanding of the sales process and can effectively evangelize the Nooks value proposition to Enterprise customers and internal teams.
You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives. You are not just a leader from the sidelines; you are actively involved in deals, leading by example and refining the Enterprise selling process as Nooks scales. Your ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders is a key asset in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the Enterprise sales team and be responsible for building and scaling the sales motion at Nooks. You will lead a team of high-performing Account Executives, guiding them in closing and expanding relationships with the largest and most strategic customers. Your hands-on approach will ensure that you are involved in the sales process, helping to refine strategies and tactics that drive success.
You will deeply understand and evangelize the Nooks value proposition, ensuring that your team is equipped to communicate effectively with potential clients. Your responsibilities will include coaching your team, developing their skills, and fostering a culture of high performance. You will also play a critical role in identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
