Who you are

You are a proven leader with a strong background in business development, excited about the opportunity to own and build a business within a high-growth start-up. You possess a deep quantitative and strategic mindset, driven to solve complex business problems and deliver innovative solutions for ambitious clients. Your experience includes engaging with C-suite and executive-level audiences, showcasing your negotiation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders. You thrive in ambiguity and have a strong bias toward action in unscripted environments, making you adaptable to the fast-paced nature of a start-up.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and execute the entire deal lifecycle for multi-million dollar deals, focusing on creative deal structuring and mutual value creation rather than just transactional closes. You will forge unique, long-term partnerships that deliver outsized value over many years, going deeper than rinse and repeat contracts. As a cross-functional leader, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to shape go-to-market strategies and land creative deals. Your analytical and strategic mindset will be crucial in deconstructing complex business problems and architecting novel solutions that leverage AI software to drive measurable impact. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, engaging in high-level architectural discussions and demonstrating technical credibility to a diverse range of stakeholders.
