Who you are
You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients. Your ability to educate potential customers about enhancing their team's productivity with Notion's tools sets you apart. You are creative and willing to iterate on processes to retain and grow customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
You have experience in sales, particularly in developing new accounts and maintaining existing relationships. You are comfortable holding face-to-face and virtual meetings, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You understand the importance of customer feedback in shaping product roadmaps and are eager to contribute to this process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in prospecting and developing new potential accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can enhance their collaboration and productivity. You will actively maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base, identifying opportunities for expanding usage and mitigating churn. Your creativity will be essential as you iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers. You will hold both face-to-face and Zoom meetings to engage with clients and understand their needs better, ensuring that Notion continues to provide value to its users.
