Who you are
You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of in-person interactions to foster relationships. You are passionate about helping teams enhance their collaboration, transparency, and productivity using innovative tools. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
You have a track record of successfully prospecting and developing new accounts, demonstrating your ability to educate contacts on how Notion can transform their workflows. You are adept at running product demos and closing business at or above quota levels. Your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to build playbooks and define effective sales motions, ensuring that you contribute to the overall success of the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in building pipeline and generating revenue for Notion. You will prospect and develop new potential accounts, educating contacts about how they can leverage Notion to enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers, gaining insights into their business challenges and goals. Your ability to run product demos will be key in closing business at or above quota levels.
You will also help build playbooks and define our sales motion, ensuring that the sales process is efficient and effective. By liaising with our incredible EMEA user base, you will provide world-class support and gather valuable customer feedback to help shape Notion's roadmap. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of Notion's customer base, making you a vital part of the team.
