Job Description

Who you are

You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients. Your ability to educate potential accounts about enhancing their team's collaboration and productivity is key to your success. You are creative and willing to iterate on processes to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn. You enjoy face-to-face interactions and are comfortable holding meetings both in-person and via Zoom.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in prospecting and developing new potential accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will actively maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base, identifying opportunities for expanding usage of the platform. Your creativity will be essential as you iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction. You will hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings to engage with clients and gather feedback to help shape Notion's roadmap.
