Who you are

You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's founding sales team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of Notion's product in South Korea. You understand the importance of in-person collaboration and are ready to engage with clients face-to-face to drive business success.

You have a strong ability to educate potential customers about how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity. You are comfortable holding meetings, both in-person and via Zoom, to understand business challenges and goals, and you are skilled at running product demos that effectively showcase the value of Notion's offerings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will plan, build, and implement the Korea Go-to-Market strategy from the ground up. You will prospect and develop new potential accounts, focusing on educating contacts about the benefits of using Notion. Your responsibilities will include holding meetings with prospective customers to understand their needs and challenges, as well as running product demos to close business at or above quota levels. You will also help build playbooks and best practices for the sales team, contributing to the overall success of Notion in the region.
