Who you are

You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of in-person interactions, as Notion values face-to-face collaboration. You have a knack for building relationships and are driven to help customers enhance their productivity and collaboration through Notion's tools.

You possess a strong ability to prospect and develop new accounts, educating potential clients on how Notion can transform their team's workflow. Your creativity shines when iterating on the contract renewal process, ensuring customer retention and growth while minimizing churn. You are comfortable holding meetings both in-person and via Zoom, adapting your communication style to suit the audience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and iterating on Notion's sales motions, providing valuable customer feedback to shape the product roadmap. You will actively work to maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for expanding their usage of Notion's platform. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new accounts, conducting face-to-face meetings, and creatively managing the contract renewal process to retain and grow customer relationships.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that feedback is effectively communicated back to the product team. Your role will be pivotal in helping Notion achieve its revenue goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What we offer

Notion offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, reflecting the value of your contributions to the team.
