You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on client needs and market trends.

Desirable

Experience in experience management or customer experience solutions is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics and how it can drive business decisions will set you apart. A background in consulting or business development can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to understand client challenges deeply.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with mid-sized companies to identify their experience gaps and how our platform can address them. You will conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Building strong relationships with clients will be key, as you will guide them through the implementation and usage of our experience management tools.
