You are a motivated early career sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's EMEA Business Development team. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about the opportunity to shape outbound sales processes while driving business revenue. Your winning attitude and strategic thinking will be essential as you engage with potential Mid-Market customers in the region.

You understand the importance of in-person collaboration and are ready to work from the office on designated Anchor Days. You are passionate about helping teams get everything done seamlessly and are excited to contribute to a product that millions of users love. You are adaptable and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new Mid-Market customers in the EMEA region. You will play a crucial role in defining the outbound sales motion and will have the opportunity to shape the future of Notion's product offerings. Your responsibilities will include managing strategic sales processes and driving high-quality outbound prospecting efforts.

You will collaborate closely with other team members to develop effective sales strategies and ensure that your outreach resonates with potential customers. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and articulating how Notion can help them save time and money through its flexible tools. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about improving sales processes and customer engagement.
