You have experience in technical support, ideally within a SaaS environment, where you've developed a knack for solving complex customer issues. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with the product.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide white-glove support to Notion's largest enterprise customers, tackling their most challenging support interactions with expertise and care. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to build processes that streamline issue management and resolution. Your responsibilities will include performing advanced troubleshooting of products and partner applications, reproducing customer issues, and filing bugs with the engineering team. You will also play a key role in managing key performance indicators to ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
