You have a strong background in technical architecture and have experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for enterprise-level clients. Your ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans is a key strength. You thrive in collaborative environments and understand the importance of in-person teamwork, especially in a customer-facing role.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your experience with large-scale data migrations and content management systems will be invaluable in this role. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that all aspects of a project are meticulously planned and executed.
What you'll do
As a Technical Architect at Notion, you will own the technical delivery of customer engagements, leading the design and execution of large-scale content and data migrations. You will conduct deep technical discovery sessions with clients to gather business and technical requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet their specific needs. Your role will involve close collaboration with client stakeholders to ensure that the implementation aligns with their expectations and business goals.
You will also be responsible for shaping best practices for supporting complex customer needs, ensuring that Notion's platform is ready for scale. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in guiding teams through the technical aspects of projects, from initial design through to post-migration optimization. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the Professional Services team, contributing to Notion's mission of helping teams get everything done seamlessly.
