You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building relationships. You have experience managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where in-person interaction is valued. Fluency in both German and English is essential for success in this role, as you will be working with clients across the DACH region.
You understand the importance of customer feedback and are eager to contribute to shaping the sales strategy and roadmap. Your ability to develop and execute strategic plans will be key in achieving sales targets and expanding Notion's customer base. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and are driven by results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle for strategic accounts in the DACH region, from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and closing deals. You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base, ensuring that you meet and exceed revenue goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
You will also collaborate closely with the GTM Sales Team to define and iterate on sales motions, ensuring that the strategies align with Notion's overall goals. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping the product roadmap, as you will be in direct contact with customers and understand their needs and challenges. You will play a crucial role in driving Notion's growth in the DACH region, contributing to the company's mission of helping teams get everything done in one place.
