You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the financial services sector, and possess the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams. Your strategic vision and entrepreneurial drive enable you to create effective go-to-market strategies that resonate with mid-market clients. You thrive in complex B2B technology environments and understand the unique challenges faced by financial institutions. Your collaborative approach fosters strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike, ensuring that you can effectively lead your team to success.

Desirable

Experience in developing sales playbooks and establishing commercial foundations for scalable growth is a plus. Familiarity with the financial technology landscape and the ability to anticipate client needs will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As the Head of Mid Market Sales, you will be responsible for building a new go-to-market motion from the ground up. This includes defining the sales strategy, recruiting and developing a high-performing sales organization, and establishing the commercial foundation for long-term growth. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives. Your hands-on leadership style will guide your team in executing the sales strategy effectively, driving user acquisition and engagement among mid-market financial institutions, asset managers, private capital firms, and regional banks.
