Who you are
You have a strong background in technical customer success or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in AI or machine learning products. You excel at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from the technology. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the needs of diverse clients, from startups to large enterprises.
Desirable
Experience with OpenAI products or similar AI technologies is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and the ability to build strong relationships with clients will set you apart. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology will help you thrive in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver exceptional pre-sales support to Enterprise customers by providing technical expertise and outlining the value proposition of OpenAI's suite of products. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs and guide their AI strategy, identifying high-value use cases and applications. Your responsibilities will include building and presenting demos, scoping use cases, and recommending architectural patterns to kickstart implementation. You will collaborate with the Enterprise Sales, Security, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive adoption of OpenAI's solutions.
