You are comfortable presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that everyone understands the value of the solutions being offered. What you'll do
As the Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead the technical sales motion for the Mid-Market segment across the Americas. You will partner closely with Mid-Market Sales leadership to qualify and advance opportunities, ensuring that potential customers understand how Notion can meet their needs. You will build and deliver compelling technical demos and proofs of concept tailored to mid-market use cases, showcasing the flexibility and power of Notion's platform. Your role will involve advising on integrations, security, and compliance requirements that are common among mid-market customers. You will also be responsible for driving technical wins that have a measurable impact on the sales pipeline and expansion efforts in the region. Your leadership will help shape the technical sales strategy and ensure that your team is equipped to succeed.
