You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the SaaS space, and understand the complexities involved in selling to large organizations. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where curiosity and creativity are valued. You are adept at building long-term partnerships that create measurable business value, and you possess strong communication skills that enable you to articulate the benefits of your solutions effectively.
Desirable
Experience in finance, insurance, or CRM applications is a plus, as is familiarity with API-based solutions. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of selling to enterprise clients and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Nylas, you will focus on acquiring new enterprise customers while also expanding existing strategic accounts. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure that clients receive the best possible outcomes from our platform. Your role will involve understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving the sales process from initial contact through to closing. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
