You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the SaaS space, and you understand the complexities involved in selling to large organizations. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, and you thrive in a collaborative, performance-oriented environment.
You possess strong communication skills and can articulate the value of technical solutions to diverse stakeholders. Your curiosity and creativity drive you to seek long-term partnerships that create measurable business value, and you are comfortable navigating the challenges of the sales process in a technology-driven landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on acquiring new enterprise customers while also expanding existing strategic accounts. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that they derive maximum value from Nylas' platform. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts, ensuring that they are satisfied with the services provided and identifying opportunities for upselling additional features or services. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of the Enterprise Sales team at Nylas.
