You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. You excel at identifying new opportunities and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, demonstrating your ability to navigate intricate organizational structures. Your proactive approach to sales allows you to engage effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You possess a deep understanding of SaaS and DevOps solutions, enabling you to become a product expert and trusted consultant for your customers. You thrive in high-performing teams and are motivated by the challenge of driving revenue growth in large organizations.
Desirable
Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and a strong network within the Salesforce community would be advantageous. Familiarity with technical challenges faced by clients in the Salesforce ecosystem will help you provide strategic value and tailored solutions. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead revenue growth initiatives within the largest and most complex organizations in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with a high-performing team to deliver Gearsetβs market-leading SaaS and DevOps solutions to global brands. Your responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with Global Systems Integrators and Salesforce to ensure that clients receive maximum value from Gearsetβs offerings. As a product expert, you will help customers solve technical challenges and achieve long-term success, positioning yourself as a trusted consultant in their journey.
