Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer growth marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of customer engagement and have successfully developed programs that foster loyalty and drive adoption. Your ability to work cross-functionally with sales and other teams is essential, as you will be instrumental in delivering a cohesive customer experience. You are a lifelong learner who embraces diverse perspectives and experiences, contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with identity management solutions. You are comfortable analyzing customer data to inform your strategies and have a knack for creating compelling content that resonates with audiences. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders alike.

What you'll do

In this newly created role, you will create and execute customer reference programs that showcase successful customer journeys. You will develop and lead the EMEA customer user group strategy, fostering strong peer-to-peer engagement and collaboration. Your efforts will be focused on ensuring that Okta's customers receive maximum value from their investment, which is critical to the company's growth strategy in the region. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline and accelerate opportunities, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into future marketing initiatives.

You will also be responsible for building and executing content and community programs designed to enhance customer loyalty. This includes organizing events, webinars, and other engagement activities that highlight customer success stories and best practices. Your role will require you to analyze the effectiveness of these programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
