Who you are

You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in identity management or cloud security. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect with a diverse range of customers from developers to C-level executives. Your ability to empathize with customers enables you to discern their true technical needs and present tailored solutions effectively. You are a lifelong learner, eager to grow and adapt in a fast-evolving technology landscape. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Desirable

Experience with Okta products or similar identity management solutions is a plus. Familiarity with cloud technologies and security best practices will help you excel in this role. A background in software development or technical support can also be beneficial as you engage with customers on their technical journeys.

What you'll do
