What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Okta, you will play a pivotal role in all stages of the customerβs digital transformation. You will build and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized product demonstrations that educate customers on best practices during their cloud security technology journey. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and tailoring solutions that meet their specific needs. You will also engage in technical discussions with customers, providing insights and recommendations that enhance their understanding of Okta's products and services.
You will be involved in the pre-sales process, working alongside account executives to identify opportunities and drive customer engagement. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, ensuring that you can effectively position Okta's solutions against competitors. You will also contribute to the development of sales enablement materials and resources that empower the sales team to communicate the value of Okta's offerings effectively.
