Overview

Olo is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to drive sales in the restaurant industry. You'll help brands adopt an integrated platform for ordering, payments, and guest engagement. This position is open to remote work across the U.S.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally within the SaaS industry, and understand the unique challenges faced by restaurant brands. Your experience includes working with clients to identify their needs and providing tailored solutions that drive results. You are a skilled communicator, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can share insights and strategies with your team. You are results-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets, and you have a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Desirable

Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the market dynamics and customer expectations. Familiarity with digital ordering and payment solutions will help you connect with potential clients more effectively. You are comfortable using CRM tools and data analytics to track your performance and optimize your sales strategies.

What you'll do

As a Commercial Account Executive at Olo, you will be responsible for driving new business sales within the restaurant sector. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Olo's innovative SaaS solutions that enhance guest experiences and streamline operations. Your role involves conducting market research to identify new opportunities and developing targeted outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers in the industry. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that your sales efforts align with Olo's overall business objectives.

You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers will also be a key part of your role, as you will work to identify upsell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. You will report to the Senior Manager of Commercial Sales and contribute to the growth of Olo's Commercial Sales team.
