You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully engaged with C-suite executives and digital transformation teams. Your ability to assess market potential and develop effective sales strategies has led to significant revenue growth in your previous roles. You are genuinely curious about automation and its impact on business processes, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can make a difference.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients comes naturally to you, and you understand the importance of trust in business partnerships. You are self-motivated and driven, always looking for ways to improve your approach and achieve your sales targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assess the territory and market potential to develop a sales strategy that maximizes revenue for UiPath. You will be responsible for achieving agreed-upon sales targets within a quarterly schedule, ensuring that you meet and exceed expectations. Your role will involve evangelizing the UiPath brand in the marketplace, presenting and promoting the enterprise automation platform with a value-selling approach.

You will educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them both financially and professionally, establishing and maintaining positive business relationships in your territory. Your ability to develop trusted relationships with local stakeholders will be key to your success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that you are delivering the best possible solutions.
