Who you are
You are an experienced Advanced Practice Provider with 1-2 years of experience in hematology and oncology, either as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and enjoy building lasting relationships with patients. Your background includes working in outpatient settings, where you have developed individualized care plans and collaborated with a care team to enhance patient outcomes.
You possess the necessary board certifications (NP-C/PA-C) and are eager to contribute to a supportive practice environment. Your experience as an RN or APP in hematology/oncology has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex patient needs and provide compassionate care. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to continuous learning and professional development.
What you'll do
In this role, you will join the Tennessee Oncology team in Dalton, GA, where you will work Monday through Friday in a private practice outpatient setting. You will be responsible for assessing and managing patient care, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing personalized care and support throughout their treatment journey.
You will engage in patient education, helping individuals understand their treatment options and empowering them to take an active role in their health. Your role will also involve participating in clinical trials and contributing to the advancement of oncology care within the practice.
