OpenAI is hiring an Account Director for Large Enterprise to drive customer engagement and deployment of AI products. You'll work closely with researchers and engineers to develop strategies for key accounts. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and strategic vision.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts, and possess a deep understanding of how AI can transform businesses. Your experience includes developing and executing comprehensive account plans that drive customer success and revenue growth. You excel in building relationships with key stakeholders and have a proven track record of leading customers through the sales cycle from consideration to successful deployment.

You are a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze key account metrics and forecast consumption revenue effectively. Your collaborative nature allows you to partner seamlessly with solutions and research engineering teams to build and execute complex customer programs. You are driven by a mission to help customers leverage AI technologies to evolve their industries and create value.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a select number of key accounts, ensuring that you develop and execute strategies tailored to each client's unique needs. You will lead enterprise prospects through their journey, guiding them from initial consideration to successful deployment of AI solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with researchers and engineers to create impactful customer programs that demonstrate the value of OpenAI's products.

You will be responsible for owning a consumption revenue target, which will require you to analyze account metrics and manage revenue forecasts diligently. Your ability to communicate the benefits of AI to potential clients will be crucial in driving opportunities and closing deals. You will also play a key role in shaping the Go To Market strategies of OpenAI, ensuring that our offerings align with customer needs and market trends.
