Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing key accounts and developing strategic plans that drive customer success. Your experience includes working with complex solutions and understanding the technical aspects of AI products, enabling you to effectively communicate value to clients. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your ability to navigate the sales cycle from pipeline generation to closure is well-established, and you are adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise sales processes. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth in large enterprises will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a select number of key accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account plans that align with OpenAI's mission. You will lead prospects through their journey from consideration to successful deployment of AI solutions, ensuring they understand the transformative impact of our technology. Collaborating closely with solutions and research engineering teams, you will build and execute complex customer programs that drive value and innovation. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to assess their needs and adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
