Who you are

You have a strong background in managing executive-level relationships, particularly within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Your experience includes working with global pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device companies, and contract research organizations. You possess a blend of scientific literacy and business acumen, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of AI technology to diverse stakeholders.

Your technical depth enables you to understand the complexities of AI deployments, ensuring that they are secure, compliant, and impactful. You thrive in relationship-driven enterprise sales environments, where your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs is paramount. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including researchers and engineers, to design solutions that enhance productivity and engagement in healthcare.

What you'll do

As an Account Director at OpenAI, you will own and manage relationships with key healthcare and life sciences organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to help these companies leverage OpenAI's technology to transform their operations, focusing on areas such as R&D productivity, documentation automation, and regulatory workflows. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that deployments are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
