Who you are
You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in AI or machine learning. You understand the importance of customer experience and are passionate about helping clients leverage technology to achieve their business goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to drive customer success.
Desirable
Experience with OpenAI products or similar AI technologies is a plus. Familiarity with architectural patterns and implementation strategies will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and can adapt your approach based on their unique requirements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver exceptional pre-sales support for Digital Native prospects and customers, providing technical expertise and outlining the value proposition of OpenAI's suite of products. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs and guide their AI strategy, ensuring they identify the highest value use cases and applications. Your responsibilities will include building and presenting demos, scoping use cases, and recommending architectural patterns to kickstart implementation and development. You will collaborate with sales, security, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive adoption of OpenAI's solutions.
