Who you are
You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in AI or machine learning technologies. You understand the needs of Private Equity clients and can translate complex technical concepts into business value. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and can recommend tailored solutions that drive adoption and satisfaction. You are comfortable with pre-sales processes and can demonstrate product capabilities effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience for large Private Equity prospects by providing technical expertise and outlining the value proposition of OpenAI's suite of products. You will partner with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs and guide their AI strategy, identifying the highest value use cases and applications. You will work closely with business and technical teams to demonstrate the value of our solutions, answering product, API, and LLM-related questions. Your role will involve building and presenting tailored demonstrations that showcase how leveraging OpenAIβs products can meet customersβ business needs. You will also collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring that customers achieve tangible business value from our models.
