You have a strong background in technical solutions and customer engagement, ideally with experience in the retail sector. You understand how to leverage AI technologies to drive business value and have a knack for translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work. You thrive in dynamic settings where you can engage with diverse clients, from startups to large enterprises, and help them navigate their AI journeys. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with large Retail customers to understand their pre-sales needs and guide their AI strategy. You will demonstrate the value of OpenAIβs suite of products by building and presenting demos tailored to specific business use cases. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales, security, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also be involved in scoping use cases and recommending architectural patterns to kickstart implementations.
You will engage with senior business stakeholders to outline the value proposition of OpenAIβs solutions and answer any product-related questions. Your role will be crucial in helping clients maximize the benefits of AI, ensuring they achieve tangible business outcomes. You will also contribute to the development of best practices for customer engagement and technical support.
