What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with large Retail customers to understand their pre-sales needs and guide their AI strategy. You will demonstrate the value of OpenAI’s suite of products by building and presenting demos tailored to specific business use cases. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales, security, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also be involved in scoping use cases and recommending architectural patterns to kickstart implementations.

You will engage with senior business stakeholders to outline the value proposition of OpenAI’s solutions and answer any product-related questions. Your role will be crucial in helping clients maximize the benefits of AI, ensuring they achieve tangible business outcomes. You will also contribute to the development of best practices for customer engagement and technical support.
