What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver exceptional pre-sales experiences for large Financial Services prospects by providing technical guidance and answering product-related questions. You will collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs and help them identify the highest value use cases for OpenAI's suite of products. Your role will involve demonstrating how these solutions can meet their business objectives and deliver substantial value.

You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Security, and Product, to ensure a seamless integration of AI solutions into customer operations. Your responsibilities will include recommending architectural patterns for implementation and development, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
