You have a strong background in technical solutions and customer engagement, ideally with experience in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. You understand the nuances of pre-sales processes and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Your ability to build relationships with senior business stakeholders is key, as you will guide their AI strategy and identify high-value use cases. You are comfortable working with both business and technical teams, demonstrating the value of AI solutions and recommending architectural patterns for implementation.

You possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and can articulate how they can meet business needs. Your experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in pre-sales environments sets you apart. You are proactive in addressing customer inquiries related to product, API, and LLM, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with OpenAI's suite of products.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience for large Healthcare & Life Sciences prospects and customers. You will provide technical expertise, outline the value proposition of OpenAI's products, and answer product-related questions. Your primary focus will be on demonstrating how leveraging OpenAI’s suite of products can meet customers’ business needs and deliver substantial business value. You will collaborate closely with the Healthcare & Life Sciences and Large Enterprise Sales teams, as well as Security and Product teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will engage with customers to understand their specific needs and challenges, guiding them in their AI strategy and helping them identify the highest value use cases for implementation. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, providing architectural recommendations, and ensuring that customers are equipped to maximize the benefits of OpenAI's offerings. You will also play a crucial role in gathering feedback from customers to inform product development and enhancements.
