What you'll do

As the Technical Deployment Lead, you will define how OpenAI delivers complex systems to financial services customers. You will own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that components are built, shipped, and adopted effectively. Your role will involve collaborating closely with financial institutions to understand their unique needs and challenges, allowing you to tailor solutions that enhance their operations and investment processes.

You will lead the execution of projects, tracking milestones and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. Your insights from the field will be invaluable in guiding product and research teams, helping to shape the roadmap and priorities for future developments. You will also be responsible for driving 0→1 prototypes through MVP and scaling phases, ensuring that deployments are reliable and impactful.
