You have experience in full-cycle recruitment, managing the hiring process from start to finish. You understand the importance of aligning recruitment strategies with company values and culture, ensuring that every hire contributes positively to the team dynamics. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and the specific requirements of each role. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality in your candidate interactions. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and provide them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You are passionate about building diverse teams and understand the value of inclusivity in the workplace.

What you'll do

As a Recruiter II at OpenGov, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, primarily within the go-to-market organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that reflect OpenGov's values. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will also collaborate with senior recruiters to share best practices and improve recruitment processes. Your contributions will directly impact OpenGov's mission to build effective and accountable government teams across the country.
