What you'll do

As a Recruiter II at OpenGov, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, primarily within the go-to-market organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that reflect OpenGov's values. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will also collaborate with senior recruiters to share best practices and improve recruitment processes.
