Overview

OpenX is hiring an Account Manager for their Strategic Partnerships team to ensure customer success and satisfaction. You'll work closely with internal teams and strategic partners across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in digital advertising or technology sectors. You are highly motivated and results-focused, with a passion for developing and supporting strategic partnerships. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients is key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Desirable

Experience in managing client relationships in the digital advertising space is a plus. Familiarity with ad marketplaces and technologies will help you understand the nuances of the industry better. You are comfortable working with data and metrics to monitor account performance and drive improvements.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at OpenX, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our strategic partners. You will work closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to manage day-to-day client relations, both pre- and post-sales. Your role will involve monitoring key accounts and business metrics to ensure that OpenX is delivering superior service. You will interface directly with internal teams, including Finance, Support, and Marketplace Quality, to resolve partner requests and enhance the overall client experience. Your contributions will be vital in fostering long-term loyalty among our partners.
