What you'll do

As the General Manager, you will oversee the operations of OPSWAT in Vietnam, leading a team that is set to expand from 550 to over 1,000 employees. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the company's market position and achieve financial growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the company's mission and values are reflected in all operations. Your role will involve building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive collaboration and innovation. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices across the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a culture that values talent, passion, and ownership.
