Your expertise in building long-term relationships with clients and channel partners is complemented by your ability to forecast accurately and develop strategic account plans. You understand the complexities of the banking, financial services, and insurance industries, and you are adept at identifying high-value business opportunities that leverage these sectors.
Your leadership skills shine as you manage and motivate a sales team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the company's revenue targets. You are comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, collaborating with senior management to innovate and advance revenue models. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey the value of cybersecurity solutions to diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.

What you'll do
As the Regional Sales Manager for Japan, you will take ownership of the revenue generation process, developing and implementing strategic account plans that target deployments of OPSWAT's cybersecurity platforms.
