Who you are
You have a strong background in cybersecurity and technical sales, ideally with experience in IT, OT, or ICS critical infrastructure. You understand the challenges faced by organizations in securing their networks and devices, and you are adept at identifying customer needs and aligning them with effective solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively describe and demonstrate complex products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are fluent in Japanese and have a deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Japan. Your ability to build trust with partners and customers is essential, as you will serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales process. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to drive enterprise business.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work alongside the OPSWAT sales team and partners to drive enterprise business in Japan. You will manage partner requirements and expectations, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our products and solutions. Your responsibilities will include delivering detailed responses to industry RFPs and presenting our solutions to potential customers. You will play a key role in building confidence and awareness in our products among partners, helping to advance the sales process and secure buy-in for OPSWAT solutions.
You will also be involved in identifying customer challenges and providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Your technical expertise will be crucial in demonstrating the value of our offerings and ensuring that customers feel supported throughout their journey with OPSWAT. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the growth and evolution of OPSWAT's business in Japan, helping to protect critical infrastructure and secure networks across various sectors.
