Orchard Robotics is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic partnerships with major growers and agricultural operations across California. This role requires a strong sales background and a passion for innovative agricultural technology.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the agricultural sector, and possess the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your relentless hustle and can-do attitude drive you to succeed in a competitive environment, and you are comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You are passionate about leveraging technology to make a positive impact in the world, particularly in the realm of sustainable farming.

Desirable

Experience in agricultural technology or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and data-driven solutions. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving large, strategic partnerships with major growers, farm management companies, and institutional landowners. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and expanding multi-block, multi-region contracts. Your efforts will directly contribute to securing America’s food supply by promoting innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance farming efficiency and profitability.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that our technology meets the needs of our clients and helps them make informed decisions about their crops. Regular travel to farms and demo sites will be required, allowing you to engage directly with customers and showcase the capabilities of our products.
